This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by ScanStandy, a brand owned and operated by Smarty Digital.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy
All sales made through ScanStandy are final.
We operate a strict No Return, No Refund policy for all offerings, including but not limited to:
- White-label software licenses and services
- Reseller purchases and subscriptions
- QR code services
- NFC products
- Digital business cards
- AI-powered services
- Setup, customization, onboarding, and platform access
- Any digital, virtual, or online product or service
Once a product, service, subscription, license, or platform access is activated, delivered, or made available, no return, cancellation, exchange, or refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Customer, White-Label & Reseller Responsibility
ScanStandy operates through three business levels, and refund responsibility is defined as follows:
a) White-Label Software Purchasers
All clients who purchase the ScanStandy white-label software from Smarty Digital are strictly subject to the No Return, No Refund policy. Once the software is activated or delivered, no refund, reversal, or cancellation is allowed.
b) Resellers
All resellers working with ScanStandy are strictly bound by the No Return, No Refund policy. No reseller shall be entitled to any refund, cancellation, or reversal of payments made to Smarty Digital.
c) End Customers of White-Label & Reseller Businesses
ScanStandy and Smarty Digital are not responsible for any refund, return, dispute, or compensation requested by the end customers of any reseller or white-label partner.
Any refund, return, or dispute between a reseller / white-label partner and their end customer must be handled directly by that reseller or white-label partner, under their own policies and terms.
ScanStandy and Smarty Digital bear no liability for such transactions.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to payments, services, or billing shall be governed strictly by the Terms & Conditions of ScanStandy.
4. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
